Who does not love salsa? I could eat it on anything chips, eggs, chicken, the list could go on. Here is a new recipe I tried out. It was so easy and delicious I honestly do not think that I will go back to store bought. Try it out!


1- 23 oz. cans diced tomatoes
1 large clove garlic, roughly chopped
1/3 cup diced red onion
2 jalapenos, seeded and roughly chopped
1/2 bunch cilantro, washed {about 1 cup}
1 lime, juiced
1/2 teaspoon salt {or more to taste}
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon cumin


1. Chop up the garlic, onion, jalapenos and cilantro

2. Toss in your blender, magic bullet or food processor and pulse for 2-3 times or until desired thickness.

3. Chill in fridge for about 10 minutes
